PMS Construction Management Corp. (“PMS”) has been providing Construction
Management services to New York City Agencies for over twenty five years. PMS has
successfully performed contracts for the Department of Homeless Services, the
Department of Design and Construction, the New York City Fire Department, the New York
City Police Department, the Board of Education, the Parks Department, the New York City
Housing Authority, and various other City agencies. Our firm is thoroughly familiar
with the City’s requirements and procedures.
PMS builds approximately Thirty-Five Million Dollars ($35,000,000) worth of new
construction and major renovations/alterations work a year. Based upon the
requirements of each owner , PMS performs as Construction Manager, General
Contractor or Construction Consultant. PMS’ experience is not limited to any specific
type of building or project, but embraces the entire range of construction.
